won't rest on our laurels, we will go to great lengths to ensure that our sourcing of candidates is done ethically and are presented to you in a professional manner.
Our Fees
- Contract/Per Diem- No matter if you need someone on a short or long term basis, we are capable of providing candidates to meet your needs. All candidates are thoroughly screened, in regards to the list to the right. We invoice weekly and invoices are due upon receipt. Candidates
are paid weekly (timesheets due every Monday 1:00pm EST) and those who work more than 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits, if desired.
- Temp-to-Hire- MedHealth Recruiting offers two plans for our temp-to-hire program:
- Three Month Plan- Candidates who work consectively for three months for your medical facility or company on a contract/per diem basis and is hired permanently, the placement fee will be lowered by at least one-third of the normal fee.
- Six Month Plan- Candidates who work for your medical facility or company consectively for at least six months on a contract/per diem basis and hired permanently, the placement fee is reduced by at least two thirds of the normal fee.
- Contingency- When conducting this type of search, once an agreement is in place, we will source candidates and conduct a preliminary background check (licensing, references) and once a candidate is offered a condition of employment we will conduct a thorough and comprehensive background check.(see list to the right). Only
the top three candidates will be presented to you. No fee is charged unless we place a candidate. We offer
a 90 day guarantee, which means if the candidate hired does not work out we will replace that candidate at no charge.
- Retained- Searches are conducted for multiple positions, hard to find candidate (high end specialty physicians), senior management. Once an agreement is signed one-third the fee is due, once 90 days is reached another one-third is due, with the remainder due within 30 days of the candidate working. Please see the list to the
right of our credentialing and background checks conducted and validated. A 90
day guarantee also applies to this type of search.
