Our Employer of Record

We have chosen Innovative Employee Solutions., a contract staffing service provider to serve as our Employer of Record.    They will provide the following services:

  • Process weekly payroll
  • Pay the payroll withholding taxes FICA, FUTA and SUI
  • Provide workers' compensation insurance for various job categories including medical placements
  • Prepare and manage W-2 statements and all federal and state required tax reports for employees
  • Process expense reimbursements and per diem payments
  • IES maintains a comprehensive package of insurance that includes General Liability, Employment Practices and Professional Liability Insurance and will provide an insurance certificate upon request
  • Record keeping, I-9 compliance, W-4 withholdings, and completion of federal and/or client forms
  • Manage benefits as requested including health insurance, vacation accrual, holiday and sick leave
  • Process unemployment claims and attend unemployment hearings
  • Weekly pay to employees and in accordance with applicable state and federal laws
  • Manage and process workers compensation claims
  • Respond to employment and wage verification

Our Search Fees

Our contract fees are competitive to your local market and profession being recruited.  Invoices are sent weekly and contractors and per diem employees are paid weekly.
